Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning and cream of chicken soup. Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure to evenly coat the breasts.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the chicken.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
