Satisfy your cravings for classic buffalo wings with these deliciously crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. Made with just a few simple ingredients, this healthier alternative to fried wings is perfect for game day, parties, or any occasion.
Ingredients
– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the buffalo sauce and olive oil until evenly coated.
3. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
4. Working in batches, dredge the sauced cauliflower florets in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help the coating adhere.
5. Arrange the breaded cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
7. Serve the Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites warm, with additional buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, or blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy bites, you can mist the cauliflower with a little additional olive oil before air frying. Adjust the cooking time as needed, depending on the size of your air fryer.
