Ingredients
– 1 pound lamb loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 teaspoons dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the lamb evenly.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
3. Working in batches, arrange the seasoned lamb cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping the lollipops halfway, until they are golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness.
5. Serve the Air Fryer Garlic & Oregano Lamb Lollipops warm, garnished with additional fresh oregano or parsley, if desired.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking. These lollipops can also be baked in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
