Ingredients
– 4 cod fillets
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. – In a shallow bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. – Brush the cod fillets with olive oil on both sides, then dredge them in the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
4. – Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
5. – Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
6. – Serve the Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Cod immediately, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
For best results, use fresh cod fillets. Frozen cod can also be used, but may require a slightly longer cooking time. Adjust the cooking time as needed to ensure the cod is cooked through.
