Ingredients

– 1 pound andouille sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1 yellow onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the andouille sausage, shrimp, bell pepper, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Thread the sausage, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.

4. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are opaque and the sausage is lightly charred.
