Ingredients
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup chopped green olives
– 1/2 cup chopped black olives
– 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. – Stir in the green olives, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
3. – Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
4. – When ready to serve, unwrap the log and place it on a serving platter. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
– For a firmer texture, you can add 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese to the cream cheese mixture.
