Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup diced apples
– 4 oz brie cheese, cut into cubes
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Using a sharp knife, slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
