Ingredients
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 large eggs
– 3 cups peeled, sliced Granny Smith apples
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and flour, mixing until well combined. Beat in the vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. – Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
4. – In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Use your fingers to mix until a crumbly topping forms. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the cheesecake batter.
