Description

Experience the classic flavors of apple pie in these delightful, bite-sized apple pie jello shots. Made with a blend of apple juice, vodka, and warm spices, these boozy treats are perfect for parties, holiday gatherings, or anytime you crave a sweet and indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

– 1 cup apple juice

– 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

– 1/2 cup vodka

– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– Pinch of ground nutmeg

– Whipped cream (optional)

– Ground cinnamon for dusting (optional)


Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine the apple juice and gelatin. Allow the gelatin to bloom for 5 minutes.

2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. Stir in the vodka, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

4. Carefully pour the jello mixture into shot glasses or small ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a light dusting of ground cinnamon, if desired.

Notes

For a stronger apple flavor, substitute 1/4 cup of the apple juice with apple cider. You can also experiment with different liquors, such as rum or apple brandy, in place of the vodka.
