Ingredients

– 8 fresh apricots, halved and pitted

– 4 ounces goat cheese, softened

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme

– 1 tablespoon honey

– 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Arrange the apricot halves, cut-side up, on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
