Ingredients
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 4 cups mixed greens
– 1 cup fresh cranberries
– 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
– 1/4 cup sliced almonds
– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 1/4 cup Asian vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
