Description

Indulge in the savory deliciousness of Bacon Parmesan & Chive Egg Clouds – fluffy, cheesy bites perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack.


Ingredients

– 6 large eggs

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

– 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Stir in the parmesan cheese, chives, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Divide the egg mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tops are lightly golden.

5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

These egg clouds are best served warm, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
