Ingredients
– 8 mozzarella sticks
– 8 slices of bacon
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
3. – Set up a breading station with the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
4. – Dredge the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in the flour, then dip them in the egg, and finally coat them in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
5. – Place the breaded sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. – Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the mozzarella is melted.
