Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed if frozen
– 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
– 2-3 tablespoons honey
– 4-6 fresh figs, sliced
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – Unfold the puff pastry sheet and place the brie wheel in the center. Fold the pastry over the brie, pressing the seams to seal.
3. – Place the wrapped brie seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. – Brush the top and sides of the puff pastry with a light coating of honey.
5. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.
6. – Remove from oven and top with sliced fresh figs.
7. – Serve immediately while the brie is warm and melty.
Notes
