Description

This Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that’s perfect for holiday gatherings and parties. The creamy, tangy cream cheese base is complemented by the tart and sweet cranberries, creating a flavorful and irresistible dip.

Ingredients

– 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

– 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

3. 3. Add the chopped cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well combined.

4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or oven-safe serving dish.

5. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the edges are lightly browned.

6. 6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

7. 7. Serve the Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip warm with crackers, crostini, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For a creamier dip, you can use 8 oz of cream cheese and 8 oz of mascarpone cheese. You can also add a splash of orange juice or Grand Marnier for an extra flavor boost. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
