Description

Ingredients

– 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

– 6 large eggs

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. – In a 9-inch oven-safe skillet, crumble the feta cheese into an even layer.

3. – Carefully crack the eggs over the feta, making sure not to break the yolks.

4. – Drizzle the olive oil over the top.

5. – Season with salt and pepper.

6. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

7. – Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.

8. – Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
