Description

Ingredients

– 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the chicken thighs in a large, oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Pour the balsamic glaze over the chicken, making sure to coat all the pieces.

4. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Notes
