Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 chamomile tea bag
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Steep the chamomile tea bag in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
2. In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, almond milk, steeped chamomile tea, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
