Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb. steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 bell pepper, diced

– 1 cup queso sauce

– 2 cups cooked white rice

– 2 tbsp. olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

– Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

4. Pour in the queso sauce and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

5. Stir in the cooked white rice and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
