Description

This Boursin bacon fig dip is a creamy, savory, and irresistibly delicious appetizer that’s perfect for any occasion. The combination of rich Boursin cheese, crispy bacon, and sweet figs creates a flavor explosion in every bite.

Ingredients

– 8 ounces Boursin cheese

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

– 1/2 cup chopped fresh figs

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.

2. Fold in the crumbled bacon, chopped figs, minced garlic, fresh thyme leaves, and black pepper.

3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

4. Serve the Boursin bacon fig dip with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes

For a more spreadable consistency, add an extra 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream. You can also use dried figs if fresh are not available. The dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
