Ingredients

– 1 medium sweet potato, scrubbed clean

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

– Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Pierce the sweet potato several times with a fork.

3. 3. Bake the sweet potato directly on the oven rack for 45-55 minutes, or until it’s tender when pierced with a fork.
