Ingredients
– 8 oz elbow macaroni
– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 4 slices of bread
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. 2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce until well combined.
3. 3. Add the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the buffalo chicken mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are fully incorporated.
