Ingredients
– 1 cup Fireball whiskey
– 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
– 1 cup crushed candy canes
– 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, heat the Fireball whiskey over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the hot Fireball and whisk to combine. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
3. Whisk the bloomed gelatin mixture until smooth and all the gelatin has dissolved.
4. Stir in the crushed candy canes and white sugar until well combined.
5. Pour the gummy mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking pan or silicone mold.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm.
7. Once set, remove the gummies from the pan or mold and cut into desired shapes and sizes.
Notes
For a stronger Fireball flavor, you can increase the amount of Fireball whiskey used. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
