Ingredients
– 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
– 2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
– 4 oz. goat cheese, softened
– 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
– 2 tbsp. brown sugar
– 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
– Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. 2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
3. 3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the pear slices and brown sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the pears are caramelized.
4. 4. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a slice of caramelized pear and a sprinkle of chopped rosemary.
