Ingredients
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 cup diced pepperoni
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, diced tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well incorporated.
3. Transfer the dip mixture to a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
