– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. 3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

6. 6. Scoop the dough by the tablespoonful and roll into balls. Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
