Ingredients
– 8 banana peppers, halved and seeded
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Carefully stuff each halved banana pepper with the cheese mixture.
4. Arrange the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
