Description
This Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Garlic Bread Wreath is a mouthwatering holiday appetizer that combines the flavors of melted cheese, crispy bacon, and fragrant garlic in a stunning, pull-apart bread wreath.
Ingredients
– 1 loaf of Italian or French bread
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. – Cut the bread into 1-inch thick slices, making sure not to cut all the way through to the bottom.
3. – In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and garlic until well combined.
4. – Carefully stuff the cheese mixture between the slices of bread, making sure to get it into all the nooks and crannies.
5. – Brush the top of the bread with the melted butter, making sure to get it in between the slices as well.
6. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
7. – Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
8. – Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
– For an extra cheesy version, add more shredded cheese between the slices.
– Swap out the cheddar cheese for your favorite variety, such as mozzarella or Parmesan.
– Garnish with additional crispy bacon bits for an extra bacon flavor.
