Ingredients

– 3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cups heavy cream

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– Chopped chives, for garnish

– Crumbled bacon, for garnish


Instructions
