Description

These cheesy seafood tortilla bombs are a flavor-packed appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering. Loaded with melty cheese and tender seafood, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

– 8 large flour tortillas

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 pound cooked and chopped seafood (such as shrimp, crab, or lobster)

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

– 1/4 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheese, chopped seafood, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.

3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the seafood and cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

4. Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape, then roll it up tightly.

5. Place the filled and rolled tortilla bomb seam-side down on a baking sheet.

6. Repeat steps 3-5 with the remaining tortillas and filling.

7. Bake the tortilla bombs for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly golden brown.

8. Serve the cheesy seafood tortilla bombs warm, with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling. You can also experiment with different types of cheese or seafood to suit your preferences.
