Ingredients
– 1 lb ground chicken
– 6 oz diced ham
– 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
3. – Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
4. – Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. – Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispy top, broil the meatloaf for 2-3 minutes after baking. You can also add a layer of ham or cheese on top before baking for extra flavor.
