Description

Chilli Chicken Dry is a bold and flavorful dish that’s perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. The tender chicken is coated in a spicy, aromatic sauce that packs a punch of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

– 1 teaspoon grated ginger

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and garlic. Toss to coat the chicken and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

2. – Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. – Add the marinated chicken and spread it out in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and starting to brown.

4. – Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, and cayenne over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.

5. – Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is coated in the spiced sauce.

6. – Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.

7. – Serve hot, with steamed rice and your favorite sides.

Notes

– For extra heat, add more chili garlic sauce to the marinade.

– Adjust the spices to your desired level of spiciness.

– Garnish with additional cilantro, sliced green onions, or crushed peanuts.
