Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– 8 large tortillas
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
