Ingredients

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 1/2 cup refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.

2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.

3. – Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

4. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. – Scoop the brownie batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.

7. – Place a heaping tablespoon of the refrigerated cookie dough on top of each brownie batter-filled cup.

8. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.

9. – Allow the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
