Description

Indulge in the ultimate holiday feast with this Scrumptious Christmas Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. Featuring a juicy and flavorful pork tenderloin stuffed with a delectable blend of breadcrumbs, herbs, and spices, this dish is sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

– 1 (2-lb) pork tenderloin

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup diced onion

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

– 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. 2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Slice the pork tenderloin lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open the tenderloin like a book.

4. 4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture onto the center of the tenderloin and fold the sides over to enclose the filling.

5. 5. Place the stuffed tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the chicken broth around the base.

6. 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

7. 7. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a festive presentation, garnish the pork tenderloin with fresh sprigs of rosemary or thyme. You can also try different flavor combinations for the stuffing, such as using sage, cranberries, or apples.
