Ingredients

– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 cup brown sugar


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
