Description

Indulge in a delightful twist on classic pizza with this easy-to-make Cinnamon Sugar Pizza made with flaky crescent roll dough. The buttery, cinnamon-sugar topping creates a mouthwatering dessert that’s perfect for a family treat, weekend brunch, or special occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

2. 2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the prepared baking sheet, stretching and pressing to cover the entire surface.

3. 3. Brush the dough evenly with the melted butter.

4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.

5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cinnamon-sugar topping is caramelized.

6. 6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a combination of granulated sugar and brown sugar. You can also add a sprinkle of chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts, for extra texture. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra indulgent treat.
