Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy goodness of this decadent Corn Casserole With Cream Cheese! This easy-to-make side dish is perfect for weeknights or holidays, featuring tender corn kernels enveloped in a velvety cream cheese sauce and baked to golden-brown perfection.

Ingredients

– 2 (15 oz) cans corn, drained

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. 3. Transfer the corn mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

4. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.

5. 5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use 1 cup of heavy cream instead of milk. You can also add shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the casserole before baking for an extra cheesy twist.
