Description
Cottage cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla shell – a delicious and nutritious high-protein snack or lunch that’s ready in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients
– 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
– 4 whole wheat tortillas
– 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as chives, dill, or parsley)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Spread about 1/4 cup of cottage cheese onto each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
2. 2. Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the cottage cheese.
3. 3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. 4. Tightly roll up the tortilla, starting from one side and rolling towards the other.
5. 5. Slice the wrapped tortillas in half and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of Everything Bagel seasoning, or a few slices of cucumber. These wraps also make a great on-the-go snack.
