Ingredients
– 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
– 2 celery stalks, sliced
– 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
– 4 cups beef broth
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
2. – Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. – Pour in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried thyme. Stir to combine.

Notes
For a thicker soup, you can mash some of the vegetables against the side of the pot. If you prefer a spicier soup, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
