Ingredients
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 can (6 oz) lump crab meat, drained and flaked
– 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
– 1 teaspoon soy sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 bag (13 oz) tortilla chips
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger until well combined.
3. – Spread the crab rangoon mixture evenly over the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
4. – Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

Notes
