Ingredients
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 2 cups egg noodles
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, sauté the cubed chicken over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Add the chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the cream cheese is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
3. Bring the soup to a simmer and add the egg noodles. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
