Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup dried cranberries

– 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

– 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. – In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2. – Fold in the dried cranberries, fresh cranberries, sugar, rosemary, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

3. – Transfer the cranberry dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh cranberries and rosemary, if desired.

4. – Serve chilled with crackers, crostini, or fresh vegetable dippers.
