Ingredients
– 1 lb ground turkey
– 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
– 2 cups cubed bread or stuffing mix
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp dried sage
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberries, bread cubes, onion, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
3. – Scoop out heaping tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through.
