Ingredients
– 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the feta and cream cheese together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Fold in the chopped cranberries, honey, thyme, and black pepper until well combined.
3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.
Notes
This dip can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Let it come to room temperature before serving. For a spicy twist, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
