– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 3/4 cup granulated sugar

– 2 eggs

3. – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing just until combined.

7. – Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

8. – Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
