Ingredients
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
– 3 tablespoons chia seeds
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
1. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until well combined.
2. – Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 5 days, stirring occasionally, until the chia seeds have thickened the pudding.

Notes
