Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy goodness of these Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells. Tender pasta shells are filled with a delectable blend of succulent shrimp, flaky crab meat, and a creamy, cheesy sauce that will have your taste buds dancing with delight.

Ingredients

– 12 large pasta shells

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped

– 8 oz lump crab meat, picked over for shells

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

– 1 tsp dried basil

– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, shrimp, crab meat, garlic, parsley, basil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper.

4. Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the seafood mixture, being careful not to overfill.

5. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream or half-and-half to the filling. You can also use a combination of different seafood, such as scallops or lobster meat, in place of or in addition to the shrimp and crab.
