Ingredients
– 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated
– 2 tbsp paprika
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp onion powder
– 1 tsp cayenne pepper
– 1 tsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a large bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
3. – Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wings halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
5. – Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, pat the wings dry with paper towels before seasoning. You can also broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end to get them extra crispy.
