Description

Crispy, caramelized chicken wings coated in a sticky-sweet honey garlic glaze. These Crispy Honey Garlic Wings are an irresistible appetizer or game day snack that’s ready in just 20 minutes!


Ingredients

– 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1/2 cup honey

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

– Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – Pat the chicken wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. – Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.

5. – In a small saucepan, combine the honey, garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. – Add the baked wings to the honey garlic sauce and toss to coat.

7. – Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

– For extra crispy wings, bake the wings for 30-35 minutes.

– Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your desired spice level.

– Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
